**Job Description**:
He/She is responsible for the development and execution of the Consumer (Cx) Business Unit strategy (i.e. Product Portfolio, Distribution Channel, Investment Prioritization, Pricing Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Annual Plans), Maximizing the Sustainable Growth of the Consumer (Cx) Business

He/She is also required to manage the Cx Sales Activities Including Recruiting, Organizing, Developing, and Maintaining a Team Capable of Achieving the Maximum Sales & Profitability (i.e. Top Line & Bottom Line) and Growth In Line with Company Vision and Values, Under Supervision of Country Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Local Strategy for the Business, Based on General Management Guidelines and Considering Galderma’s Overall Vision, Strategy, Guidelines, Goals and Objectives.- Establish and Monitor Goals for the Business’s Local Strategy, Analyzing Deviations and Developing Corrective Action-Plans (i.e. If Required) in Order to Achieve the Established Goals/ Target.- Plan the Business’s Annual Budget, Including Financial and Personnel Requirements, in Order to have the Necessary Assets for a Smooth Business-as-Usual, Operation and Achieve Established Goals with Efficient Working-Teams- Design, Propose and Direct Sales/ Commercial Policy in Accordance with Corporate Strategy and Collaborating with Different Functions- Management of Product Portfolio- Responsible for Budget and P&L for the Business- In charge of Shaping the Market, Assessing and Monitoring Demand with Disciplined Tracking of KPIs- In Charge of Assuring Resources, Leading and Developing a Team of Sales Experts.- Work Closely with Supply Chain Team on RoFo and Order Entry Function- Manage the Distributor Performance KPI and Operation.- Coordinate with Other Commercial Functions (i.e. Marketing and Trade Marketing) on the Overall Strategy for the Brand (i.e. 4P)

Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing related- Minimum 7-10 years of Sales & Marketing/ Commercial Middle and/ or Top Management Position-
- Good Knowledge of the Modern Trade, General Trade, eComm and HCP Channels (i.e. Hospital, Clinic, Doctor, etc.), Pharmacy as well as Various Other Channels such as Mass/ Wholesaler where Consumer Products are Typically Sold- Experience in Launching NPD/ New Products Into the Market (i.e. MT, GT, HCP, Pharmacy and Mass Channels)- Experience in All Aspects of Supplier Relationship Management- Strong Understanding of Customer and Market Dynamics and Requirements- Proven Leadership and Ability to Develop and Motivate Team Members (i.e. Sales and Marketing Team)- Proven Track Record of Working Across Departments and/ or Business Units
