- Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company’s growth and facilitate expansion plans.
- Formulate and implement successful business strategies to meet financial goals, enhance market presence, and sustain a competitive advantage.
- Establish, oversee, and motivate a high-performing team of professionals, cultivating an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.
- Nurture and sustain robust connections with pivotal clients and industry stakeholders.
- Drive the formulation and execution of extensive sales and marketing strategies to foster new business opportunities and broaden the customer base.
- Examine industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor actions to fortify the company's prominent position in the marketplace.
- Manage the company's Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring that financial targets and budgets are not just met, but exceeded.

- Bachelor degree from a reputable University in any field of study.
- Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer.
- Open male or female, 38 - 45 years old.
- Min 15 years working experiences as a Sales or Marketing across various managerial roles within leading FMCG companies.
- Must have managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Have a good leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills, a dedicated focus on achieving results, adeptness in problem solving, and a resolute ability to make strong, effective decisions.
