As a Business Unit Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Head of Business Unit and team within the division, facilitating efficient operations and effective communication within the organization.

**A Day in The Life as Secretary**
- ** Assist Head of Business Unit and team in secretarial duties** in managing their job and responsibility run smoothly by organizing their activities/program calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- ** Arrange visitor’s visit program** (incl. accommodation and transportation) and coordinate with relevant internal or external stakeholders.
- **Assisting Head of Business Unit and team in consolidating data from other units** to provide timely feedback, prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; follow up on action items.
- ** Update filing system to accommodate changes** due to business development and maintain all documents properly to be easily retrieve. This will include preparing necessary letters for the purpose of his/her superior as well as the employees.
- ** Conduct specific support activities** required by Business Unit such as logistics for meetings and events, including venue and catering arrangements.
- ** Handle confidential information with integrity** & stay informed about company policies and industry trends.

**What Makes You Successful**
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, preferably supporting senior executives in corporate environment minimum for 3-5 years.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently & cross-functionally with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
