**Job Description**:

- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Further develop customer relationships. Search for expansion and new business opportunities within the current customer base.
- Responsible to Find and established the New Principle for Business Development
- Develop and propose changes to the product strategic business plan to ensure proper positioning for long term growth
- Gather data on market trends, competitive products, and prices; Develop and execute a territory sales plan
- To Strengthen the sales team by Supervise the work of team (subordinated) and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Achieve annual sales and margin budgets for defined accounts and territory and develop new customers
- Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies.
- Assess the performance of the department or company against the business’s goals and plans.

**Requirement**
- BSc/Ba in Chemical Engineering or Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a
- plus
- Min 5 years of Sales Chemical exposure, with at least 3 years holding Senior Sales Manager
- position / Business Manager
- Proven experience as Senior Sales Manager/Business Manager or relevant role
- Experience in Chemical and Raw Material Industry
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good English (written and spoken).
- Able to work in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp50,000,000 - Rp70,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales Chemical: 4 years (required)
