**ROLE SUMMARY**

The role is responsible for driving the BAT Indonesia combustible brand agenda across channel, ensuring the brand strategy alignment to brand portfolio and consumer space strategies and corporate guideline.

Working as part of the Combustible Brand team, your role is to lead and deliver the Combustible business ambition and corporate objective through developing Brand Strategy & Campaign architecture, leading and driving Brand Campaign & Activation deployment.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:
**Driving brand strategy by finding opportunities to drive business growth.**:

- Business and brand performance analysis ranging from consumer insights, market landscape, competitor insights and structural analysis

**Leading in business planning, deployment, and measurement**:

- Lead all aspects of the development of brand plan to ensure alignment to Brand Portfolio, Consumer Space and Brand strategies as agreed plan
- Adhere to the Global Brand Governance matrix, seeking appropriate governance and oversight in line with brands Global portfolio positioning. Ensure End Market touchpoint solutions for Brand Group are developed and / or adapted in adherence to Brand guidelines and standards and in line with manifestos
- Proactively ideate, develop, and propose Combustible brand strategy and practical plan to meet with challenges and agile with its dynamic of market trend and competition.
- Lead marketing mix elements (campaign and activation) for Global Focus Brands
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of local, area, regional, and global initiatives required to support and drive the business

**Commercial Foresight**:

- Understanding the impact of cost elements on Global brand Profitability and able to articulate the commercial impact
- Champion product development and brand campaign projects and drive continuous improvement initiative to meet the business objective

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Demonstrated ability in similar role and has proven track record on Brand Strategy & Performance that has been enabled to drive impact in the organization.
- Min 2 years of experience in Trade experience in a reputable and dynamic tobacco or similar FMCG company.
- Have hands-on experiences in always-on, brand campaign and its performance
- Have strong analytical approach. Able to understand consumer and customer data sets and generate insights to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Consistent track record in handling agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external collaborators.
- Proven track record in developing, implementing, and driving Brand activation campaigns across channels.
- Ability to work at both strategic and activation/ operational level.
- Strong project management skills
- Experienced in Functional Knowledges such as Brand Strategy Development, Brand Portfolio Management, Brand Positioning, Product Development, Consumer Engagement, Brand Plan and Execution - Campaign planning & messaging, Commercial impact of brand activities and performance.
