**Job Description**:

- Handle the full end-to-end payroll operations ensuring timely & accurate salary disbursements to all employees.
- Coordinate and manage external payroll vendor ensuring the predefined service level is met.
- Process all statutory payments & employee benefits on a timely basis and filing of returns as per the local compliances & government instructions.
- Maintain payroll-related personnel databases.
- Participate & support payroll-related audit matters and HR projects whenever required.
- Manage expatriate formalities topic as country-process expert and handling operational tasks related to formalities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as payroll specialist, but fresh graduates are **welcome **as well.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- This position is open for **Contract **under 3rd parties.
