About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the success of PVG products and brand awareness through effective marketing and sales enablement. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating multiple channels to achieve desired outcomes
- Drive the success of PVG products and brand awareness through effective marketing and sales enablement
- Establish strong working relationships with the Sales team to ensure seamless product implementation

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, preferably in startups or international corporations
- Proficiency in using Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Emails, and AdWords for lead generation
- In-depth understanding of SEO principles and ability to implement them effectively
- Knowledge of Growth Hacking and Performance Marketing concepts
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with the Sales team
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa is a plus
