At Deloitte, our purpose is to make an impact that matters. As a Cyber Security Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading the strategic direction of our cybersecurity sales initiatives.

About the Role

  1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domains of design, implementation, and operations. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Strategic Leadership and Team Management: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive growth in the cybersecurity sector. Lead and manage a team of sales managers and professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  3. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at key client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the cybersecurity industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data and market trends.
