About the Role

The Account Director is a senior position responsible for attracting new clients or expanding existing relationships to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our presales and engineering teams to execute account strategies, manage pipeline, and close enterprise-level deals in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, and manage pipeline.
  • Conduct customer meetings, initial pitch presentations, and demos to showcase our products and services.
  • Interface with client technical teams to present product architecture and engage in solutions discussions.
  • Collaborate with our presales and engineering team to manage Proof of Concept exercises.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology sales with proven ability to navigate opportunities through a sales process to a successful conclusion.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
