Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage all aspects of financial accounting and business partnering functions for our Indonesian business.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for analytical and value-added areas including forecasts, management reporting & analysis, budgeting, treasury, and tax filings.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the finance team to migrate transactional accounting (e.g., AP, AR, GL) to the newly established accounting centre in Vietnam.
  • Audit and Compliance: Main contact person and liaison for all statutory, ISO, and internal audits.
  • Team Leadership: Work with the Regional team to drive process improvements in the finance function through understanding of existing IT systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or Accounting and/or member of a professional body such as ISCA, ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or equivalent, with at least 6 years' relevant work experience in all facets of accounting and finance.
  • Possesses good business acumen and strong analytical skills including ability to rapidly interpret and concisely explain in a simple non-financial way.
  • Prior experience with Netsuite and track record of automating processes as well as experience in the Retail industry is a significant plus.
  • Strong knowledge of country corporate tax laws and company regulations.
  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills, self-motivated and able to prioritize to get things done.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up and Ecommerce environment.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
