Key Customer Retention Specialist

We're seeking a talented Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Cartrack. As a leading provider of smart mobility solutions, we serve over 2 million subscribers across 23 countries.

Your primary responsibility will be to retain our customers by ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This involves:
- Promptly addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Upselling new fitments to enhance customer value.
- Effectively promoting the launch of new products to our existing customer base.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
