Job OverviewThis role leads the After Sale team including Data and Claim teams, responsible for processing claims, assisting clients, and overseeing insurance claims. The successful candidate will ensure claim decisions meet SLA and results are justified according to agreed terms.
- Lead the After Sale team, ensuring timely processing of claims and client assistance.
- Oversight of ongoing insurance claims, guaranteeing claim decisions align with SLA and TC.
- Coordinate with insurance and hospitals as needed for admitted clients.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claim updates.
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies' claim departments.
- Negotiate and appeal rejected claims.
- Monitor endorsement processes, ensuring SLA achievement.
- Verify member cards and send them to clients on time.
- Collaborate in client closing processes, coordinating with insurance and policy T&C verification.
- Establish control mechanisms for high client satisfaction.
- Promote quality and service excellence, achieving 5/5 client satisfaction.
- Improve current systems and processes continuously.
- Foster a culture of high performance and commitment to quality.
