Role Description

The Head of Digital Business Development will lead the growth and expansion of our food instant delivery solutions. This role involves overseeing all business and operational aspects of our Food Delivery App, including defining targets, KPIs, action plans, reviewing, and improving periodically.

Key responsibilities include increasing new and active users, onboarding partners, revenue, and profit of the product, as well as developing marketing plans and activities with controlled costs and measurable impact.

This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Tech Teams in developing Food Delivery Services products, as well as providing reports to the C-Level and founder on sales, profit & loss reports, and expense control.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Mid-Senior leadership position in a tech and app business, especially in Instant Food Delivery.
  • Experience in a role of growth, product, or business development position in B2C application products.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and data analysis.
  • Experience in managing and driving user acquisition in a retail/B2C app environment.
