About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Partnerships Leader to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading online & offline canvassing efforts to expand our leads pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace operations and customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches for business growth.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • A proven track record in the marketplace, agency, or omnichannel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate performance and market opportunities.
