As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for responsible product portfolios, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market dynamics.

  3. Formulate, coordinate, and realize commercial objectives, cascading them into go-to-market strategies, operational strategies, marketing strategies, and sales activities as part of the business plan.\
  4. Lead commercialization initiatives for responsible product portfolios, encompassing market evaluation, pricing tactics, product launch strategies, and post-launch monitoring.\
  5. Spearhead revenue growth and market infiltration through astute strategies.\
  6. Monitor execution of plans for products mix and cycle, making corrective decisions to rectify identified gaps in business and product priorities.\
  7. Evaluate and devise suitable direct and indirect business models to optimize market outreach, revenue generation, and customer relationships while streamlining distribution channels.\
  8. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to flexibly adjust country strategies and maintain the Business Sector's competitive advantage amidst evolving market dynamics.\
  9. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, KOLs, and distributors.\
  10. Develop and monitor KPIs to gauge the efficacy of commercial strategies, business progress, and activities in the short, medium, and long term.\
  11. Plan, execute, and monitor potential new product launches, serving as the leading individual.\
  12. Fully develop and drive company products strategy through a brand team approach and strong cross-functional execution of tactical activities.\
  13. Hold accountability and responsibility for allocated financial aspects of responsible Business Sectors (forecast, expenditure, sales revenue, margin goals).\
  14. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture conducive to individual growth and collective target attainment.\
  15. Cultivate, develop, and mentor a high-performing commercial team.\
  16. Create/maintain a working environment that stimulates and motivates employees, providing direction and promoting good mutual communication and teamwork.\
  17. Develop team members to ensure succession and talent management is effective, securing business continuity and employee satisfaction/motivation.\
Requirements:\Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Medicine (life-science degree) plus degree-level or equivalent in a business-related subject such as Economic, Business Administration, and Marketing.\Experience at a multinational company is highly desired.\10-15 years of successful in-depth sales and marketing experience gained within the medical device/pharmaceuticals industry, focusing on increment revenue and growth, market/business development, and customer engagement.\Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a direct sales or product team.\Relevant sales experience in Regional/National Sales.\Knowledge in medical devices specifically for intraocular lens/ophthalmology/microscophe equipment is preferable.\Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.\Experience in strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management.\Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team and demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.\Benefits:\A competitive salary package.\An opportunity to work with a leading medical technology company.\A collaborative and innovative team environment.\Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.\Others:\This role will be based in [location].\The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the medical device/pharmaceuticals industry.\The successful candidate will be required to undergo a thorough background check and provide references.
