The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong academic and non-academic background. Prior sales or partnership experience is a plus, but not necessary. If you're passionate about startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads for partnerships
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential partners
  • Create engaging presentations on our company products
  • Track all sales activities in our CRM system and maintain accurate account information
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to relevant departments
  • Develop a well-maintained pipeline of prospects
  • Foster strong relationships with prospects, partners, and clients
  • Meet and/or exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Requirements:

  • Passionate, committed, and responsible individual with a strong academic and non-academic background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments
  • Able to build relationships and collaborate with others
  • Fast learner and eager to learn
  • Domiciled in Semarang
