Territory Revenue Manager

This Territory Sales Manager position at Wirehire requires a highly motivated individual to drive revenue growth within the assigned industry territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a territory sales plan to target banking and financial institutions and drive revenue and market share for IT Solutions.
- Cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned accounts territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in banking and finance institutions.
- Promote and demonstrate IT Solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs around security, compliance, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on long-term contracts and recurring revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize sales efforts tailored to the banking and finance sector.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market trends specific to IT Solutions in the banking and finance industry.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management, highlighting key opportunities and challenges.
- Demonstrate understanding of Compliance and Regulatory requirements for financial institutions and how the company can address them.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a strong background in selling complex solutions.
- Proven understanding of the banking and finance industry's unique IT Solutions requirements and challenges.
- Experience with B2B/enterprise Software sales or IT Consulting, preferably with a focus on IT Solutions infrastructure or related technologies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior-level executives in banking and finance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Established relationships and achievements in the assigned accounts territory, specifically within the banking and finance sector.
- Familiarity with IT Solutions (e.g., colocation, cloud services, managed services, etc.).
