Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative support to our Director. This role involves managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and requests
  • Support the Director in coordination and administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
