Regional Sales Manager

**About us**
We are looking for an experienced** Regional Sales Manager** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
**What you'll do**:
- Establish strategic partnerships with property developers in order to reach the growth targets and profitability. Achieve targeted sales amount per month and per quarter.
- Assist in contract negotiation and closing deals to maximize profits.
- Build and Grow the Developer Sales Team across the whole Indonesia. Create standardized training materials for Sales Executives, Sales Managers, implement training programs, measure performance improvement by average volume of sales per sales person.
- Set performance targets. Set commissions and reward levels that meet budget requirements.
- Manage Revenue & Budgets. Manage sales team cost as set by the quarterly and annual budget. Ensure that costs are adjusted based on target achievement levels
- Establish, achieve, and regularly report on financial and milestones to BoD.
**What you should have**:
- Over 10 years of sales experience working in high performance sales environments, ideally in startups or scale ups.
- Experience above 5 years building and leading a team (scaling experience a plus) and more importantly, a strong passion for leadership and talent development.
- Exposure to B2B Sales and relevant industry experience within Proptech industries are highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with many internal teams
- Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day to day company operations.
