- Job Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for sales tasks in the whole Southeast Asia, analyzing the market environment of the assigned country, planning market layout, and implementing the company's overseas sales policies based on the company’s overseas marketing strategic goals.

2. Develop annual marketing budgets, marketing plans, and staffing for the assigned countries or regions to achieve annual business objectives.

3. Build and manage a team for the assigned country, including scientific allocation of responsibilities, training, performance management, and continuous improvement of the company’s human resources. Develop and manage distribution channels.

4. Conduct market research and analysis, study the development trends in the industry, establish, expand, and adjust marketing networks, and promote the company’s brand image overseas.

5. Allocate company resources, lead and guide the team to explore new markets, improve performance, and increase market share in the assigned countries or regions.

6. Organize and participate in negotiations, bidding, exhibitions, and other activities related to major projects.

7. Handle all other affairs of the assigned countries or regions.

**--Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years sales experience in injection molding machines.

2. Possess keen market perception, ability to grasp market dynamics and directions, familiar with market analysis, research, and promotion.

3. Able to independently develop and implement market development and promotion plans, formulate and implement marketing strategies and budgets, guide market research, and provide directional recommendations based on market research reports.

4. Have excellent innovation and development capabilities, strong customer development and team-building abilities. Abundant experience in channel development and management. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical judgment abilities.

5. Strong leadership, execution, and planning skills. Abundant management experience. Good at communication and coordination. Ability to build and develop an excellent team for efficient market expansion work.

6. English can be used as working language.

Pay: Rp40,000,000 - Rp64,000,000 per month
