Head of Enterprise Sales

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Government & Regional sector to drive revenue growth
- Ensure all regional Account Managers build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in central & regional government
- Identify opportunities, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the Government & Regional sector
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, provide regular reports and insights to senior management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales in Telecommunication / System Integrator company, preferably in the Government & Regional sector
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify business opportunities
- Willingness to travel as required
