1. Usia maksimal 35 tahun
2. Pendidikan mínimal D3 untuk Sales Industri, diutamakan Jurusan
Teknik (Industri/Mesin, Pertambangan /Perkapalan).
3. Memiliki SIM A atau C dan kendaraan sendiri mínimal Sepeda
Motor
4. Pengalaman Sebagai Sales Industri mínimal 2 tahun dibidang
penjualan barang-barang teknik, pengadaan project dan
mengetahui market industri dan mempunyai rekanan industri
PKT/BUMN.
5. Diutamakan yang memiliki jaringan penjualan yang luas, terutama
untuk produk-produk yang berhubungan produk
pengelasan/welding, NDT dan plate overlay/wearplate
6. Memiliki kejujuran, keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan
mampu bekerjasama dalam tim
7. Bersedia untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan
perusahaan
8. Bersedia untuk melalukan perjalanan dinas luar kota

1. Mencari calon customer baru dan memperkenalkan produk sesuai kebutuhan customer
