**Area Sales Manager**
**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:
- Merencanakan dan mengelola kegiatan penjualan produk secara optimal, agar target pendapatan bisa terpenuhi secara optimal
- Mengelola kegiatan untuk membangun relasi yang produktif dengan para toko atau distribusi yang menjadi agen penjualan produk-produk perusahaan
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional cabang berjalan dengan baik dan benar.
- Melakukan fungsi kontrol atas perkembangan karyawan cabang.
- Memastikan terciptanya hubungan komunikasi yang harmonis dengan manajemen dan karyawan.
- Memastikan adanya sosialisasi peraturan dan kebijakan serta prosedur yang tepat sasaran.
- Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja seluruh timnya.
- Melaporkan secara rutin kepada Direktur mengenai perencanaan dan aktivitas cabang yang dipimpinnya.
- Memastikan ketersediaan sarana dan fasilitas kerja yang mendukung operasional cabang yang dipimpinnya.
**Kualifikasi**:
- Asli atau berdomisili di Sidoarjo atau sekitarnya
- Berpengalaman 5 th di bidang penjualan.
- Dari perusahaan distribusi lebih diutamakan.
- Pendidikan Min S1
- Max umur 40 thn
- Memahami aspek-aspek penjualan dan pemasaran.
- Menguasai aspek-aspek manajerial.
- Kemampuan memimpin
- Kemampuan negosiasi dan memberikan solusi dengan bawahan
**Pengalaman**:
- Manager: 5 tahun (Diutamakan)
