**Job Description Team HelpDesk**:
- 1. Memahami system ticketing (Create,folllow up ticket,Close ticket, Laporan2).- 2. Mampu berkomunikasi aktif dengan user.- 3. End User Support (EUS).- 4. Memahami mengenai asset tracking management,
- 5. Mampu menjalankan SOP dengan dengan benar.
**Qualification, Skill**
- Min Diploma (D3 ) atau Sarjana (S1) Ilmu Komputer / Teknologi Informasi atau setara
- Berkepribadian (Attitude) yang baik, Jujur dan bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaannya, Cepat tanggap, Responsif, Supportif dan proaktif,
- Displin dalam melaksanakan SOP, Dokumentasi tertulis dan Rapi.
- Berkomunikasi baik.
- Memiliki kemauan kuat utk mempelajari hal-hal baru dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait perangkat IT, (PC, Laptop, Monitor, Printer, Scanner, Projector Iphone, dll ) dan
- Familiar dengan Sistem Operasi Desktop : Windows 7, 8, 10,
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Keamanan IT Desktop : Anti Virus dan Patch
