- Melakukan perekrutan Agent mitra yang menjualkan produk finance
- Melakukan pembinaan dan training kepada Agent mitra agar produktif
- Mengadakan dan mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan pertemuan rutin antar agen/jaringan/channel untuk pengembangan bisnis
- Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan activity plan bersama Regional SalesManager dan SO channel

**Penempatan dan area kerja sesuai pilihan (Jika diluar Yogya akan handling area pilihan tsb)**

**Kualifikasi**
- Min 21 tahun (pria / wanita)
- Pengalaman min 1 th di sebagai Sales/marketing/telesales/dan lain-lain
- Pendidikan Min D3
- Memiliki kendaraan roda 2 dan SIM C
