**About the Company**
Our client is a leading 3PL logistics company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the contract logistics space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base
- Contract logistics and in-depth knowledge of the forwarding business and market
- Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed
- Develop and manage operating budgets
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles
**Key Requirements**
- 7 - 10 years of business development and/or sales experience with a core focus in the contract logistics space
- Proven success in the contract logistics space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of customer and market development with experience across the various forwarding and contract logistics stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the shipping and logistics market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
