HR Coordinator

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Local Recruitment - L1 hiring (work with agency) and support L2/L3 hiring activities
- Provision of advice (Indonesia Labor legislation) for all Indonesia employees. Provide advice back to the business where necessary and diagnose the implications to the business or organization’s strategy.
- Create and maintain relevant Indonesia HR Policies
- Work with Beam HRSS where required
- Cross-functional collaboration with other HR team members for process improvements and efficiencies
- HRIS Management - HR data & leave management(legal/beneficial)
- Employee benefits
- Other HR/GA projects and activities as assigned
- Partner with relevant departments in reviewing and resolving employee relations issues to comply with labor law.
- Ensure all HR related statutory requirements and/or reports are handled and maintained properly.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of work experience in HR coordination
- Detailed oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Native speaker, proficient in English
