**HR Coordinator - Chaosactive Holdings**

You will be tasked with coordinating and delivering quality HR functions. Working closely with our Management Team in a matrix model you will not only actively support them but also have set accountabilities aimed at supporting our Leaders in achieving their business objectives through optimal employee engagement, performance and behaviour.

**Key Requirements**
- Providing and coordinating a defined range of generalist HR support and services.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, and advertising vacant positions.
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
- Perform onboarding and update records with new hires. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Assemble and update new hire packages including offer letters and ensure all related Human Resources documentation and forms are current. Track probationary periods of new hires and update managers
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Assist Managers in performance management procedures.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Assist with creating and distributing internal memos and other internal communications to employees.
- Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship
- Support other assigned functions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management - may be advantageous.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp11,345,000 per month
