**What you will do**:
Manages the operations of a variety of administrative services for three or more locations/sites. These services may include: office supply, equipment, and inventory procurement and management; administrative assistance; mail and messenger services; records management; fleet management; cleaning and maintenance services; facilities management; reception and communication systems; and security services. Manages administrative works to support sales operation such as SFDC and NPS.

**How you will do it**:

- Perform all works related to office administration and general affairs.
- Perform all works related to sales administration, including SFDC and NPS.
- Perform administrative support to the local leadership team.
- Manage local legal administration, communications, record retention, employee travel request, corporate credit card and global insurance.
- Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with other departments, vendors, legal counsel, landlord and authorities.
- Ensure Integrity and compliance according to the company policies.
- Perform sales reporting data.
- Other administrative works.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Good knowledge and work as Admin Manager or Personal Assistant.
- Good understanding to manage offices.
- Good knowledge of company legal documents is a plus.
- Proven to be a self-starter, responsible and resilient.
- Good Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
- Good spoken and written in English.
- Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
- Able to travel if needed.
