**About the job**:
To strengthen our growth, we are looking for talent as **Plant HR Business Partner - Cikarang**

**What can you expect?**

Expect that you will be working with senior leaders and peers in the region in managing the the pulse on employee relations, ensure practices are compliant with regulations, and coordinate the administering of services like onboarding, benefits, and training.

**Responsibilities**:
**We will count on you to**:

- Business partner for all Supply Chain Operations and support all function’s who are Cikarang-based.
- Lead the end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operational at the plant.
- Manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management and employee relations.
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, both at the head office and on site, including external stakeholders such regulatory bodies, industry groups and government officials.
- Support HR Center of Excellence (CoE) interventions implementation, organization transformation programs and local talent pipeline to serve business and operations agenda.
- Lead all the implementation, develop, and evaluate all Management Systems in which HR as standard owners at overall operations includes ISO, OHSAS, GMP, HACCP and other related laws & requirements.
- Ensure that the site is compliant with laws, policies and other related labor standards and representing the organization with Plant and Function Leadership team.
- Manage site governance to ensure employee service level delivery, recommend process improvement and statutory policy changes to Function/Business Unit HRBP.
- Manage general affairs functions including facilities management and administrative support.

Qualifications:
**What you need to have?**
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience and proven HR manager, from manufacturing companies
- Fluent in English, both written and conversational - peers will include expatriates
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration, Management or other related fields from a reputable university
- Proven business partnering & leadership experiences
- Deep understanding on labor laws and end-to-end human resources function
- Proven track record of strategy creation and implementation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
