Gather, analyze, and advocate student feedback

Complaint ticket & relationship management to student and stakeholder

Give all informations and reminders to student

Conduct customer service administration related to product

Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services and increase customer satisfaction
Bachelor degree from communications or any major

Proven min. 1 year work experience as Customer Service or Customer Success Officer

Experience in an educational or tech startup environment is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers.

Strong understanding of customer experience principles, strategies, and best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills while also paying attention to detail.

Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Self driven, love challenges and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
