**Job Description**:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, sometimes required to explain Bosch's products in general.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
- Receive deliveries of documents and goods and distribute them to recipients.
- Making meeting room reservations.
- Assist all associates in travel reservations (i.e., flight booking with travel agencies).
- Handle safety shoes and uniform to distribute them to associates.
- Handle parking registration every 6 months.
- Archive all receipt to order.
- Collect transmittal advice monthly.
- Prepare all documents that require signature from Head of Department (HOD).
- Send local and international invoice/package and input airway bill into outbound monitoring.
- Coordinate with the forwarder to pick up documents/packages.
- Monitor airway bill until it is received by customers/vendors.
- Monitor the General Manager's schedule and accepting/declining scheduled meetings in Microsoft Outlook.
- Arrange weekly HOD meetings.
- Help preparing town hall meetings quarterly.
- Handle all General Manager's claim, accommodation, and transportation during business trips.
- Assisting other tasks to be assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Possess at least a Diploma's degree with GPA 3.0 from any major.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Experience with front desk or customer service for 2-3 years. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Female, max. 28 years old.
- Preferably still not married.
