Working independently within a multinational company, you will support the business with all office related items. You will support the daily requirements of the business to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will develop new procedures and proactively look for improvements on an array of topics.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Support all administrative and secretarial duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Point person for mailing, shipping, bills, equipment maintenance and office security
Perform receptionist duties, answer and direct phone calls
Perform daily office expenses bookkeeping and controlling
Manage price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease etc
Organize and schedule internal meetings and appointments
Coordinate business trips and flights bookings
Organize and coordinate internal team social events
Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

General awareness for cultural sensitivity
Acts within clearly defined and easily understood product area
Sales focused whilst taking risk into account
Works within an assigned area or client base
May have supervisory responsibility

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in related study or diploma for business or secretarial job
A young and energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to take on challenges and is a fast learner
Max 5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role
Fluent in English
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of data, clerical and administrative management practices, and procedures
Knowledge of office/facilities management practices and procedures
Working experience in small teams is a plus
