Senior Activation Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**:
- Lead and manage end-to-end activation projects, overseeing all aspects from conceptualization to execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Planning**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive activation strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- **Coordinating and Executing**:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, including the Malaysia team, to ensure seamless execution of activation campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, product launches, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Event Management**:
- Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for successful event execution, collaborating closely with the Malaysia team for regional consistency.
- Ensure the smooth coordination of all event elements, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee experience.
- **Data Analysis and Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of activation campaigns using relevant metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness, sharing insights and best practices with the Malaysia team.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and integration of activation initiatives with broader business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including active collaboration with the Malaysia counterpart for regional synergy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Activation Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG or Advertising & Creative industries.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful activation campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
