Job Purpose

As an Activation Manager - E-Retail, you will be responsible for driving online brand visibility, executing digital activation campaigns, and ensuring strong commercial results across e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in planning and implementing effective e-commerce promotions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to maximize sales performance and brand engagement. #DoSomethingThatMatters
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activations tailored for e-retail platforms.
- Manage and optimize online brand presence across key e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Plan, budget, and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring high ROI and effective budget utilization.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, and brand teams to align e-retail strategies with overall business goals.
- Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners, negotiating visibility, exclusive activations, and promotional placements.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for new product launches and special activations in the digital space.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to drive innovative online activations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
Strong background in ATL & BTL marketing strategies, particularly in digital retail.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms, including campaign planning and execution.
Proven track record in budget management and performance-driven marketing.
- Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with agility and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, e-commerce analytics, and campaign optimization.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
