Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to develop creative BTL marketing strategies that align with their objectives and brand identity.- Lead the planning and execution of BTL campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.- Partner with our creative teams to bring campaign concepts to life, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in BTL marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
A bit about you- At least 5 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably within an agency, brand, or entertainment providers; with a track record of successful campaign execution.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive engagement and achieve objectives.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- Budget management experience, with the ability to optimize resources and deliver exceptional ROI.- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.- Creativity and innovation, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving engagement through unforgettable activations.
