**Jabatan : Office Manager**
**Tugas dan Tanggungjawab**:
1. Mengatur dan mengkoordinasikan administrasi dan prosedur kerja di kantor
2. Bertanggungjawab terhadap kinerja staff
3. Memberikan dan membagi tugas kepada staff dengan posisi masing-masing
4. Menentukan jadwal rapat dengan staff
5. Bersama dengan manager lain untuk membuat kebijakan kantor
6. Membuat dan mengatur prosedur / SOP pekerjaan staff kantor
7. Memastikan semua pekerjaan staff berjalan dengan baik
8. Bernegosiasi dengan pihak ketiga demi kepentingan perusahaan
9. Bertanggungjawab untuk mengelola layanan kantor dengan memastikan seluruh layanan berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur
10. Melakukan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan di kantor
11. Bersama dengan HR untuk merekrut staff dan member pelatihan
12. Menetapkan dan memantau prosedur untuk pencatatan
**Jobspec**:
1. Max. usia 45 tahun
2. Memiliki pengalaman min. 3 tahun dalam bidang terkait sebagai Spv/Manager
3. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang manajemen kantor, sistem dan prosedur kerja
4. Memiliki keahlian manajemen waktu yang baik
5. Mampu melakukan banyak tugas dan bisa menyusun skala prioritas
6. Detail dan memiliki keterampilan dalam pemecahan masalah
7. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang sangat baik
8. Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan yang kuat
9. Mahir mengoperasikan komputer seperti Ms. Office
10. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang prinsip bisnis, manajemen dan manajemen SDM
11. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
