Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

**Role & Responsibility**
- Ownership of the digital-data strategy across the organization - mapping digital-data capabilities to strategic priorities leveraging key insights from various stakeholders.
- Develop Digital Transformation Strategy Roadmap & Serve as the executive sponsor for digital-data process innovation.
- Will own the adoption of digital technologies across the organization and provide data driven insights.
- Develop a comprehensive set of digital engagement expectations for overall growth objectives and strategic vision.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to develop a cohesive digital-data strategy document as well as execute the strategy.
- Define and execute on different projects, including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Lead Management system (LMS), Customer Campaign Management (CCM) and Customer Portal/Mobility Development, and Website Enhancements within CMS integration.
- Develop Project Management plans and ensure timelines in accordance with the overall strategy timelines.
- Collects and maintain accurate data, ensuring data security, and devising and implementing data privacy policies in order to drive decision-making. Develop sophisticated reports and analytical techniques to interpret user behaviour.
- Work with various stakeholders to develop and administer the digital project portfolio with responsibility to manage thereafter.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with technology to drive both cost savings and revenue generation with the ability to measure and determine ROI as a key measurement of success.
- Lead the franchise L3 brand engagement plan for key brands for setting vision, strategy, differentiation and direction to be aligned with business objective and go-to-market strategy by setting up and drive insights backed behaviour change in TA (Therapy Area) marketing teams including insights, marketing testing, patient focus/support, retail engagement, digital alignment & training.
- Develop and execute the growth marketing strategy to drive the company's key performance metrics including pipeline, revenue, net retention, upsell, and growth targets.
- Build brand awareness, including positioning. Enhance brand equity against competitions.
- Plan and manage the ethical marketing digital-data budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds to maximize ROI, including to ensure compliance regulations are consistent and adhered; in close collaboration with TA marketing heads
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies, all on and off-line activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with product teams, front line sales operation teams and other marketing teams to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, expansion, and referrals in each segment, including vendor, end user, channel partner, HCP etc.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure proper process and management of marketing leads to support exceptional efficient lead scoring, lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality.
- Formulate the strategy, design, execution, operations of business’s lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation, and track the performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
- Work closely with different teams to enhance marketing automation tools and work process across data collection, cross CRM, B2B, BI platform integration.
- Implement and oversee the marketing governance efforts with Marketing Quality Control (insights, positioning, messaging, campaign & L3 plans) & real-world impact (test
- Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.

- Strong Project Management Experience in delivering large digital-data projects, large system integrations, and digital launches.
- Able to develop and articulate a clear digital
- data strategic vision and see through fruition.
- Experience in digital-data transformation and information management projects and programs.
- Familiarity with handling big data - structured and unstructured along with quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organization-wide initiatives.
- Understanding of and experience building business cases for large technical projects.
- Strong leadership quality and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and strategically lead a team.
- Proven track record to work with various functions and manage key stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis across functions to understand gaps and areas of opportunity.
