As the Head of IT & Digitalization, you will be responsible for managing the IT matters for the company. You will report to the Cluster CIO.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of IT Cluster & Digitalization. In this role, you will oversee and manage the company's IT cluster and digitalization initiatives, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of digital solutions throughout the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an IT cluster and digitalization strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the IT team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote professional development and a high-performance culture.
- Experienced in IT development, System Analysis & Design (Framework)
- Manage the design, development, and deployment of innovative digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation within the 3PL/logistics industry.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business units, and external vendors/partners.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements related to IT and digitalization initiatives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure adequate support for ongoing operations and future growth.
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the IT team and the wider organization.
- Stay abreast of relevant industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive digitalization excellence within the company.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to contribute to the company's success and long-term growth objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles within the logistics or 3PL industry.
- Good command in English
- Experienced in Network Set up ad Server Client
- Proven track record in successfully leading large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, digitalization frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
