- **Deliver leads and explore new lead sources to support call centres Innovation & Project Coordination.**:

- **Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.**:

- **Assist Campaigns & Partnership Managerwith administration and coordination of marketing collateral**:
**KEY POSITION CRITERIA**:

- **Degree qualifications with a focus in Marketing / Public Relations or equivalent combination of related education and experience.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills, including persuasive abilities, effective listening, diplomacy and tact, team-playing with demonstrated success in dealing with corporates.**:

- **Mature, charismatic personality possessing the style, stature, leadership and diplomacy required to work effectively with senior staff and volunteers.**:

- **Ability to work independently but also operate efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.**:

- **Proven ability to negotiate.**:

- **Experience in building compelling customer proposals, business reviews and plans.**:

- **Excellent organizational and communication skills.**:
