**Job Brief**:
As a Travel Sales Manager, your role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing the performance of the sales team. Your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to execute sales strategies will contribute to the success of the organization's sales efforts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitors. Define sales targets and create a roadmap for achieving them.
- Lead and manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and motivating sales representatives. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture within the team.
- Establish and optimize sales processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Implement sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process, track leads, and monitor sales activities. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to maximize productivity and sales conversion rates.
- Drive the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them meet their individual sales targets.
- Develop sales forecasts and provide regular sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed. Present sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team to effectively manage customer accounts, address customer needs, and ensure a positive customer experience. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, product launches, and operational capabilities. Provide feedback and insights from the sales team to drive product improvements and customer-centric initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and differentiate the organization's offerings.
- Identify training needs within the sales team and provide appropriate training and development programs. Foster a continuous learning environment to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling skills, and customer relationship management abilities. Stay updated on industry best practices and provide guidance on sales techniques.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Monitor and control expenses to maximize return on investment. Collaborate with finance and senior management to align sales strategies with budgetary constraints.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 per month
