To promote and sell (= pilgrimage PLUS luxury leisure in Saudi Arabia) of EXO Travel Saudi Arabia to high-end travel partners (tour operators, individual travel agents, travel agent networks) and a selected high-end B2C audience in Indonesia by creating and implementing the strategy, and developing business relations, in accordance with agreed business plan.

Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and Muslim, with at least one completed Umrah or Hajj visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining relationships with B2B travel businesses and sell tours to generate revenue
- Creating and maintaining a presence on relevant social networks that reach high-end B2C Muslim travellers to sell tours and create revenue
- Developing strategies along with General Manager Saudi Arabia to expand sales with new initiatives, and increase business with normal partners, including Travel Agents and Tour Operators
- Identifying and contacting new potential agents, and high-nett-worth groups and families
- Making sales calls to introduce EXO’s services to prospective clients
- Set-up of calls, webinars and in-person meetings
- Initiate and distribute regular B2B newsletters, press releases and updates on tourism developments in Umrah Plus for retail travel partners
- Creating effective sales and marketing support materials including, but not limited to, PowerPoint sales presentations, sample programs, and trainings following marketing design guidelines
- Respond to and follow up new agent enquiries and forward to destination offices with advice
- Liaise and coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure that agents are dealt with promptly, professionally and receive the best possible services
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis for the high-end Umrah Plus segment
- Monitor clients’ performances and bookings
- Overall day-to-day support for travel partners and clients
- Maintain and help develop the company’s computerised CRM database.
- Generate quarterly travel agent retail market and performance reports

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Umrah travel
- Fluency in Indonesian, English and Arabic (verbal & written) is must
- Experience in using some type of Travel software and Database, Microsoft, & Google
- Having completed at least one Hajj or Umrah trip
- Experience selling travel and related is strongly desired but not required

- Excellent interpersonal and good public speaking skills
- Able to work long hours when required, standing all day during events
- Effective networker with ability to build strong business relationships
- Proven social media skills, verifiable via your own online presence
- A positive and dynamic personality, able to adapt to different cultures
