Handalah is a company that has a worldwide market for Handling, Tourism and Travel. Based in Saudi Arabia, with Branch Offices in Canada and Indonesia. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Employee to join our team.
**PRODUCT & ADMINISTRATION (FULL TIME)**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain digital and physical files of the company.
- Organize and provide documents, reports, and information on the company product.
- Make monthly package of Umrah for Marketing and Sales need.
- Make package quotation as requested by the customer
- Communicate with the customers for the requested package.
- Provide updated hotel and transportation prices for the company.
- Make bookings for hotels, transportation, visas, or other products needed by the customer.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience as Product & Admin in Tour & Travel industry (Umrah & Hajj Travel).
- Able to make products of Umrah & Hajj.
- Hard worker person.
- Able to work shifting or in urgent cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to write and speak in English and or Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and grow.
**Education**:
- D1-D4 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Product & Admin: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)
