- Deliver sales and marketing services to clients via virtual sales calls and trade shows;
- Develop existing and expand new sales and marketing service products; including virtual and physical events, sales activities and digital marketing.
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expand product offerings in order to achieve sales target in a competitive environment;
- Meeting your own and support team’s sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Consolidating and prepare team sales reports and meeting minutes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree holder;
- 5 Year’s sales experiences in sales and marketing, travel or hotel industry;
- Develop sales and marketing activities for Indonesian travel agencies.
- Managing and coaching travel agencies and past cruise passengers.
- Increasing brand awareness for Princess Cruises through advertisements (newspapers, travel agent's website and online media)
- Participate in and organize tourism roadshow, travel fairs (Kompas, Astindo).
- Maintain relations with existing agents and approach new potential agent.
- Support marketing campaign programs, conduct agent's incentive programs.
- Conduct product training & update presentations.
- Records customer's sales results and process including internal reporting.
- Strong experience in dealing with international companies and industry professionals is essential;
- Customer-orientated, excellent presentation skills, result-driven and ability to build up new Accounts;
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, timelines, local and regional stakeholders and team members;
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure, analytic thinking;
- Team leading experience is a MUST;
- Proficient in PC operation especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point; Experience in hosting, running zoom webinars, teams, google meetings and similar, an advantage;
- Excellent command in written and spoken English.

**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Tourism Project Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
