**Job Brief**:
As a travel sales supervisor, your role is critical in driving the success of the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and ability to motivate and develop your team will contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the travel agency
- Lead and supervise a team of travel sales agents, providing direction, support, and coaching to ensure their success. Assign tasks and responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.
- Develop sales strategies and goals in collaboration with senior management. Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress. Implement effective sales techniques, provide training and resources to improve the team's sales skills, and motivate them to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Track and analyze sales data, including individual and team performance, revenue generated, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports on sales activities, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant training sessions to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and industry awareness. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, travel products, and technology advancements and share that knowledge with the team.
- Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Set service standards and monitor their adherence. Encourage the team to build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel industry partners. Attend industry events, network, and establish connections to generate new business opportunities and partnerships. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing or operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously assess and enhance sales processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Identify areas for improvement, streamline procedures, and implement best practices. Collaborate with the IT department to leverage technology tools that can optimize sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, travel advisories, and changes in the industry landscape. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in budget planning and expense management for the sales department. Monitor costs, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses. Optimize pricing strategies, commission structures, and incentives to drive sales growth.

**Salary**: Rp4,900,000 per month
