**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of product development / business development from payment point/ offline-to-online platform/ social commerce
- An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
- Proven track record in his / her previous job
- Proven to have growth mindsets in his / her previous job
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of data analytical skills
