**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit new channel partners within the ASEAN regions.
- Be the point of contact between Cloudwise and channel partners.
- Work with channel partners on pipeline generation activities, opportunities progression, and deals closure.
- Identify a robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions.
- Have an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress and address any issues.
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in channel sales role with extensive partner contacts in the ASEAN region.
- Experience in enterprise software industry (eg. ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, APM, Cloud, BI).
- Able to work independently, driven and consistently met/exceeded targets.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to travel within ASEAN region.
