Client Success/account Manager

Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for executing campaigns, maintaining relationships, and increasing retention rates for a portfolio of clients. They will work closely with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. The Account Manager must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
**You will be responsible for**:
Execute campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Maintain relationships with clients to increase retention rates
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently
Manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign progress and results
**You are required to**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the same industry
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Expert in presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
