**Main responsibilities**:
- To provide trade advisory & structure solutions to Corporate Customers to enable UOB to be their preferred provider of trade finance across their trade corridors.
- To identify potential trade finance and financial supply chain management opportunities in existing/target customers, working alongside RMs, Sector Solutions Group and Cash Management Sales covering the Corporate or Commercial Customers
- To collaborate with Relationship Managers/Sector Solution/Cash Management Sales with respect to sales related activities such as joint sales call, account planning/wallet sizing and sales planning, relevant unit (Trade Operation, Business Unit, Credit Administration, etc) to ensure trade transaction are done by checking that all the required conditions and documents are fulfilled.
- To formulate and articulate trade & FSCM solutions to potential Customers.
- To work on various initiatives to drive trade sales utilisation by identifying appropriate targets, agree on strategy with Business unit and origination trade sales, to calling on the customers to understand their business strategy and needs. Based on these needs, to push for utilisation of their existing limits or to identify new opportunities that can then be passed on to the origination trade sales.
- To achieve or exceed revenue, operating contribution targets and key performance indicator targets. Meet or exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators assigned to you (comprising open & mandated pipelines, portfolio growth, incremental balances and transaction volumes from new deals, customer calling, run campaigns & initiatives)
- To collaborate closely with Relationship Managers on joint sales call, account planning/ wallet sizing, sales strategy/plan.
- To ensure that you adhere to compliance and regulatory policies / guidelines and Our Bank’s Organizational and Human Resources Policies / guidelines.
- To professionally complete ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned by your immediate superior and/or by the GTB Management Team.
**Job Requirements**:
- Currently work as a Trade Sales
- Preferable experiences in Trade sales minimum 5-7 Years
- Fluent in english
- Minimum education is bachelor degree
