**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent electrified vehicle distributor in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the project and fleet sales market. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Automotive trading and in-depth knowledge of fleet and project automotive business and market
- Familiar with importing license and processes
- Aggressive BD experience targeting distributors and fleet customers

**Key Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of business development and sales experience with a core focus in the fleet sales and project automotive sales space
- Proven success in the automotive space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of customer and market development with experience across the various business development stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the automotive market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
